Shipping policy

Packaging of products make take up to 5 business days. Please understand as a small business, there are many things going on behind the scenes. 

All shipping will be done through Canada Post. For my Canadian customers, delivery will also be via Canada Post. For my USA customers, items will be transferred and delivered by USPS. International carriers outside of North America will vary.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery domestically within Canada. Tracking will be provided on all items. Please check for delivery updates and tracking details. 

Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within the United States, and other international shipping destinations. 

If your package is indeed lost, please contact me directly and we will work to provide a solution. Delays may occur for any reason, and may be more significant during holidays such as Christmas.
