Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items, or issue refunds. All mecates, loping hackamores, get-down ropes, and additional products have detailed descriptions outlining sizing, diameters, and length measurements. 

For custom lengths, please make sure to measure carefully as no changes can be made.

If the product(s) are damaged during the shipping process, please send me a message within 72 hours of receiving it with detailed photographs.
